Where previously price has been the biggest factor in choosing a warranty provider, we now see that members are instead looking more closely at the security of the insurer, inspection regime and policy coverage. We think over 2019 there will be a growing trend towards consumers being more selective about their builder choices. Consumers are seeking quality over price. They are looking at testimonials, accreditations and insurances when choosing their builder. They are looking for a master builder.
