What is TrustMark?
TrustMark is a government endorsed quality standards scheme, designed to cover trade work carried out in and around the home. It exists to provide peace of mind and enhance consumer protection. In addition to providing potential customers a list of approved builders and tradesmen in their areas, the scheme also provides advice and guidance.
To join TrustMark, trades must be registered with one of their approved scheme operators or a trade association. The FMB is one of their largest scheme operators, and members can add TrustMark registration for a small additional fee.
It is vital that any company registered under TrustMark adheres to their code of conduct and framework operating requirements.
Within these requirements is the provision to provide financial protection and insurance backed guarantees for consumers, and that’s where we come in.

Value – an entry level product for those on a limited budget requiring cover for loss of deposit and/or liquidation during construction. Covers up to 10% of the insured value of the works.
2 year – Suitable for smaller developments or those requiring a cost-effective, short-term warranty solution.
6 year – the mid-range warranty suitable for all types of development.
10 year – the flagship warranty, providing cover to your development at similar standards to a new housing policy.
