What to do in the event of a claim over Christmas

The FMB Insurance office is closed from 5pm on Wednesday 23^rd December until 9am on Monday 4^th January.

Should you need to report a claim during this time please follow these steps; 

 

For New Homes warranty or Domestic and Commercial warranty claims

Emergency works are not covered under the policy. Should emergency works be required please arrange for this to undertaken but retain any receipts for costs incurred for presentation to the insurers, as they may take these into consideration.
